Information we process
Dirt Truck is a beta service operated by Cardon Trucking LLC. When you submit a request, we process the company, project, location, phone number, email address and other details you provide so we can review and respond.
Public listings
Open requests and truck availability you submit are shown on the Dirt Truck homepage with the type of request, equipment or material, quantity, area and date. Your company name, phone number and email are not shown publicly; Dirt Truck passes contact details only to connect interested businesses.
Notifications and retention
Request details are delivered to the Dirt Truck network operator through our text-message and email providers. We retain requests and account information only as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Accounts
If you create an account we store your name, company, business type, phone, email, service area and a securely hashed password, plus the date, approximate location and network of each sign-in. Account details are visible to the Dirt Truck operator so we can connect you with loads, haulers and materials.
Site analytics
Dirt Truck uses its own first-party analytics (no advertising or third-party trackers). A cookie identifies your browser so we can count visits, the pages you view and how long they are open, along with the approximate city and state of your connection and your device type, as reported by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We use this to improve the service and tailor the site to your region. Signed-in visits are linked to your account.
Basic website data
Our hosting and communications providers may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) and submitted request details to deliver, protect and operate the website and its notifications.
Third-party links
Links to Cardon Trucking and other businesses lead to separate websites governed by their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time from My Account. To close your account or ask for your information to be deleted, contact us.
